Meet the Team


Tim Crowch

  • Tim heads up the sales division of the business, as well as handling all business and commercial aspects of company.
  • Having successfully developed other businesses, Tim’s dedicated attitude towards business development gives JMS a commercial edge.
  • Tim also has plenty of property experience having sourced and refurbished over £10m+ of property after completing his BA(Hons).
  • Tim spends most of his spare time with his young family, but does occasionally get permission for a round of golf or quick trip to watch his local football team

Dawn Moore

Office Manager
  • Dawn has been at JMS Lettings for the past 10 years, progressing through the company and gaining her ARLA qualification.
  • Dawn has established the personal ethos in the JMS team and ensures the team provides an excellent service to both new and existing clients alike.
  • Dawn oversees all aspects of the company operations and heads up the letting and maintenance teams.
  • When she’s not at work Dawn enjoys spending time with her family, running and playing keyboard.

Rebecca Branson

Lettings and Marketing Co-ordinator

Rebecca joined JMS in 2016, and her role is to ensure all the single lets are advertised and new tenants are referenced and all relevant paperwork issued. Becky is very detailed in her work and prides herself in making sure her landlords properties perform to their full potential.

In her spare time, she loves days out with her daughter.


Jo-Ann Stanley

Lettings and Advertising Co-ordinator
  • Jo-Ann joined the company at the start of 2016 after working for several years at a Housing Association. Jo-Ann has progressed into the role of Lettings and Advertising Co-ordinator.
  • As Jo-Ann’s main focus is the HMO’s, the smooth transition from the time a tenant gives notice to the point of a new tenant moves in, she is fully focused ensuring all properties are fully let.
  • At weekends Jo-Ann is equally busy, going to the gym and spending time with her young son.

Chris Knaggs

Property Manager
  • Chris joined the company in December 2019 after working in the hospitality sector for over 20 years.
  • Chris looks after all the property maintenance for all properties.
  • In his spare time Chris enjoys watching films walking his dog.

Kaylee Fishpool

Lettings Administrator
  • Kaylee has worked for the company since October 2016 and is responsible for all office administration.
  • Kaylee has methodical approach and prides herself on being caring, reliable and extremely organised.
  • Often managing multiple scenarios, Kaylee can provide tenants and landlords with fantastic service.
  • In her spare time Kaylee like to go on days out with her family and friends and enjoys getting stuck into a good book.
