Ben Pycroft
Sales Director
- Ben heads up the sales department at JMS and handles valuations, listings and sales progression for our clients. Ben has a vast experience in residential property sales, having sold houses throughout the region for over 7 years.
- From handling solicitors, to taking expert photographs of properties, Ben is a one stop shop for property sellers and buyers alike. His attention to details is second to none and he ensure no stone is left unturned to ensure all our property sellers achieve the best outcome possible for their individual needs.
- Ben is a keen footballer and enjoys both playing an watching regularly. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family and taking his Labrador out for long walks in Derbyshire.
Jo-Ann Stanley
Lettings and Advertising Co-ordinator
- Jo-Ann joined the company at the start of 2016 after working for several years at a Housing Association. Jo-Ann has progressed into the role of Lettings and Advertising Co-ordinator.
- As Jo-Ann’s main focus is the HMO’s, the smooth transition from the time a tenant gives notice to the point of a new tenant moves in, she is fully focused ensuring all properties are fully let.
- At weekends Jo-Ann is equally busy, going to the gym and spending time with her young son.
Chris Knaggs
Property Manager
- Chris joined the company in December 2019 after working in the hospitality sector for over 20 years.
- Chris looks after all the property maintenance for all properties.
- In his spare time Chris enjoys watching films walking his dog.
