Ben Pycroft
Sales Director
- Ben heads up the sales department at JMS and handles valuations, listings and sales progression for our clients. Ben has a vast experience in residential property sales, having sold houses throughout the region for over 7 years.
- From handling solicitors, to taking expert photographs of properties, Ben is a one stop shop for property sellers and buyers alike. His attention to details is second to none and he ensure no stone is left unturned to ensure all our property sellers achieve the best outcome possible for their individual needs.
- Ben is a keen footballer and enjoys both playing an watching regularly. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family and taking his Labrador out for long walks in Derbyshire.
Caryn Randall
Associate Lettings Director
- Caryn heads our lettings department at JMS. With over 15 years experience in the industry, there isn’t much to know that Caryn doesn’t already.
- For JMS, Caryn’s focus is to ensure the lettings department maintains our excellent service levels for both tenants and landlords alike. She is also the main point of contact for new landlords, who are looking to find the right tenant and agent to work with.
- From large scale portfolio landlords, to landlord who have one property, Caryn is passionate about making sure landlord’s investments work for them in a way that suits their needs.
- In her spare time, Caryn enjoys spending time with friends and family especially eating out [she is always on the lookout for new restaurants to try!]. Coming from Cape Town, SA, Caryn loves the beach so any excuse for a quick trip away or a weekend on the coast is always on the cards.
Jo-Ann Stanley
Lettings and Advertising Co-ordinator
- Jo-Ann joined the company at the start of 2016 after working for several years at a Housing Association. Jo-Ann has progressed into the role of Lettings and Advertising Co-ordinator.
- As Jo-Ann’s main focus is the HMO’s, the smooth transition from the time a tenant gives notice to the point of a new tenant moves in, she is fully focused ensuring all properties are fully let.
- At weekends Jo-Ann is equally busy, going to the gym and spending time with her young son.
Chris Knaggs
Property Manager
- Chris joined the company in December 2019 after working in the hospitality sector for over 20 years.
- Chris looks after all the property maintenance for all properties.
- In his spare time Chris enjoys watching films walking his dog.
Josh Mohtady
Sales Negoatiator
- Josh joined the company back in 2023, having worked as a Assistant Viewer previously. Wanting to progress his skills and knowledge within the industry, Josh is an ideal fit for the Sales department at JMS – with a superb attitude and every growing knowledge of the entire sales process.
- Josh’s role is to assist our buyers and sellers through the (sometimes) tricky nature of buying/selling a house. He is there to help link all parties within the sales process together, such as buyers, sellers, solicitors, mortgage brokers etc, to ensure the whole operation runs as smoothly as possible. As well as this, Josh handle negotiations between potential buyers and sellers, to find help people find their next dream home.
- When not at work, Josh enjoys keeping himself fit in the gym, as well as playing football. To relax he enjoys spending time at home with his partner and their dog.
Pauline Guthrie
Property Administrator
- Pauline brings a wealth of experience to the team, predominately handling maintenance and repair works in the lettings industry. Never one to sit still, Pauline’s energy and approach to handling her work is credit to the company.
- Pauline manages a section of our single let portfolio from a maintenance perspective, being the first port of call for tenants and landlords alike when it comes to repairs. Compliance and pro-active works are cornerstones to Pauline’s work, and she prides herself in ensure all certification and compliance matter are in hand and up to date at all times.
- In her spare time, Pauline loves attending music concerts and always likes to keep full diary on events.
Shannon Holmes
Lettings Negotiator
- With a background in mid-tenancy administration for a large corporate company, Shannon joined JMS to get away from the corporate attitude in order to develop her skills and knowledge within the lettings industry. Shannon’s can-do attitude, and bright personality means she is adapt at handling all tenants and landlord queries that come her way.
- Shannon is task with marketing properties and sourcing tenants for our single-let landlords. She handles the lettings process from start to finish, as well as handling the mid-term and end of tenancy procedures required.
- Shannon likes to take her dogs out on long walks when not at work, and she enjoys spending time at home with her partner (and a glass of wine!)
